Learned Counsel for the applicant has tendered a copy of the judgment dated 30th October, 2021 delivered in NIA Special Case No.1 of 2019 a/w NIA Special Case No.3 of 2019 a/w NIA Special Case No.465 of 2021 by the Special Judge, NIA, City Civil and Sessions Court, Grater Bombay wherein the applicant has pleaded guilty and has been sentenced. The same is taken on record. Operative part of the said order reads thus;
"1.
Accused No.5 Rohit Kumar Nagendra Singh, is hereby held guilty under Section 229 of the Cr. P.C. Code for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 489-B, and 489-C of the I.P Code. SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2024.03.13 11:16:53

He is sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for seven years and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) in default to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for seven days for the offence punishable under Section 120-B of the I.PCode.

He is further sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for seven years and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) in default to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for seven days for the offence punishable under Section 489-B of the I.P.Code.
4.
He is further sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for seven years and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) in default to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for seven days for the offence punishable under Section 489-C of the I.P.Code.
5.
All the sentences shall run concurrently.

Accused No.5 is in custody from 11.10.2018. He is entitled for set off under Section 428 of the Cr.P.Code.

Trial shall proceed against rest of the accused".

In that view of the matter, application is disposed as infructuous.
