1] As far as merits of the Application are concerned, on perusal of the material collated in the charge-sheet, I am inclined to derive at the same conclusion which I had expressed in my order dated 03.08.2021 upon which, the Application was withdrawn.

2] The learned counsel for the Applicant would submit that the Applicant is incarcerated since 2009 and progress of the trial is at snail speed.

3] That may be so, but this ground can be independently pressed into service by him.

But since, I have permitted the earlier Bail Application to be withdrawn, on coming to a similar conclusion prima-facie being satisfied about the commission of offence by the Applicant, the present Application cannot be entertained.

In the wake of above, Bail Application is dismissed. [BHARATI DANGRE, J] 1/1
