The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 107 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Sanglikar appearing for the Respondent No.1 and the Learned Counsel Mr. Shaikh appearing for the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 submit to the orders of this Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed, resultantly the delay of 107 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. List the above First Appeal for admission along with Civil Application No.2738 of 2016 and along with First Appeal St No.34145 of 2015 with Civil Application Nos.1344 of 2016 and 1345 of 2016 on 30-6-2016. The Civil Application No.1048 of 2016 is accordingly disposed of.
