After the Writ Petition was filed, Respondent No.2 - MCZMA issued a draft notification dated 30th November, 2017 to finalize the Coastal Zone Management Plan.

Thus, counsel for the Petitioners concedes that the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous but wants it be recorded that if the Petitioners are aggrieved by the final Coastal Zone Management Plan notified concerning Mira-Bhayandar Area, the Petitioners would be entitled to avail remedy as per law.

Needless to state that if the Petitioners are aggrieved by the final Coastal Zone Management Plan notified, remedy there against can always be availed of.
