In view of the supervening event of the auction being carried out by the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Junnar, Dist. Pune, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition so as to bring the subsequent facts on record and raise the challenge on the said basis. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to state that the contentions of the parties are kept open for being urged at the appropriate time.
