This is an application for intervention by the first informant, namely, Mahendra Bhopalsingh Mehta in F.I.R.No.324/2017 registered with Vile Parle Police Station, Mumbai. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No.356/2018 is hereby directed to implead the first informant Mahendra Bhopalsingh Mehta as Respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within two Aarti Palkar 1/2
