So also, representative of the decree-holder Mr. Surajkumar Shah is identified by Mr. Pradeep Thorat, counsel appearing for the respondent.

is made to dispose of the revision application in terms of the consent terms, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

As such, the revision application stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms which are taken on record. 5.

In view of the order of this Court, parties are at liberty to approach before the Small Causes Court for return of bank guarantees. Counsel for the decree-holder Mr. Pradeep Thorat has no objection for return of bank guarantee.
