This Application is moved by the applicants/accused for anticipatory bail. All the applicants are directors of the company, namely, M/s. Aluminium Profiles Limited and they have failed to deposit Provident Fund of the workers, which is mandatory as per the law. Therefore, the offence is registered at C.R. No. 115 of 2014 with Sahakar Nagar Police Station, Pune punishable under sections 420, 406 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code that they have cheated the Government and the workers for Rs.4,82,183/-.

The learned counsel for the applicants/accused has submitted that the applicants are granted interim relief and after that they have attended the police station as directed by this Court. The applicants/accused have

Learned APP opposed the Application. Investigating Officer is absent.

Perused the FIR and the documents on record. All the applicants/accused are on interim bail and they have attended the police station as directed by this Court. Hence, the order of interim bail is hereby confirmed on the same lines with the modification that the applicants/accused shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer and shall cooperate in the investigation. 5.
