Heard Mr. Mikhail Behl, learned counsel for the petitioners. He submitted that Petition is rendered infructuous as the petitioners did not comply impugned order dated 19.12.2015, the decree is passed on 11.3.2016. The petitioners have instituted substantive Appeal challenging the said decree. 2.

In view thereof, Petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is made clear that I have not examined merits of the case. Order accordingly.
