Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Petition. She states, that pending the aforesaid Writ Petition, charge-sheet was filed in the said case, however, the petitioner has not been charge-sheeted in the said case i.e. C.R.No.28 of 2017, registered with the Economic Offence Wing for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
