This is the second bail application filed by the aforesaid Applicant who is facing trial in Sessions Case No.261 of 2017 pending on the file of the Addl. Sessions Judge, Nashik.

The previous bail application, BA/1866/2018 was withdrawn on 12.09.2018 after arguing the matter at length, when this Court had expressed its view that this was not a fit case for grant of bail. 3.

The subsequent bail application is filed mainly on the ground of delay in the trial of the sessions case. Learned APP, upon instructions from Mr. V.M.Gotarne, Police Constable, attached to Panchawati Police Digitally signed by PRASANNA P SALGAONKAR Date:
