The learned AGP has tendered an affidavit of Mr. Kailas M. Badhan Dy. Secretary, Urban Development, Mumbai. Though belatedly, the State Government has complied with the order dated 11th December, 2013, and a notification dated 16th August, 2017 has been issued by the State Government.
