Heard Smt. Batheja, learned counsel for the Applicant and Smt. Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused record. 2.
By an Order dated 11th September, 2019 the Applicant was granted interim relief.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, in furtherance of Order dated 19th July, 2021, the Applicant has deposited the said amount of Rs.4,50,000/- in the Registry of this Court on 27th July, 2021. A note put up by the Registry supports the said contention. 4.
Record indicates that, there are three accused persons in the present crime. As far as the investigation of the present crime qua the 1/2
Tandale 901-aba-569-2019.odt Accused Nos.1 and 3 are concerned, the same has been completed and police have already submitted charge-sheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction. As noted earlier, the Applicant was granted interim relief by a speaking Order dated 11th September, 2019. The prosecution is seeking custody of Applicant predominantly on the ground for recovery of the said allegedly defalcated amount by him. The investigation of the present crime qua the Applicant is otherwise also solely based on documents which have been already seized by the police during the course of investigation. 5.
In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. Interim relief granted by Order dated 11th September, 2019 is hereby confirmed.
