Petitioner claims that his caste certificate is pending for validation before third respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee since 14.6.2014. In support of his submission, petitioner has filed a receipt Exhibit. C.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in the absence of any decision from the Caste Validity Committee, the petitioner's employer has issued a notice dated 17.2.2018 asking the petitioner to submit caste validity certificate failing which his services will be terminated.

The case of the petitioner is that for no fault of him, he may loose his job since the Caste Scrutiny Committee is not deciding the matter.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing third respondent to decide the petitioner caste validity claim as expeditiously as possible but in any case not latter than 31.12.2018. Till the petitioner's caste claim is decided by the Caste Scrutiny Committee, petitioner shall not be removed from service on the ground of non submission of the caste validity certificate. 6.

Petitioner to appear before the Caste Scrutiny Committee on 25.4.2018 at 11.00 a.m.
