1] By way of present Civil Application, the Applicants are seeking relief against Respondent No.6 - Bank not to act upon the notice dated 30th December 2017. The main Petition is with regard to the direction to the State Government to make payment of scholarship dues etc. As such, we cannot expand scope of the Petition and bring in its ambit notice issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The Civil Application is therefore rejected.
