Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, he has no instructions from the Applicant whether the Applicant has complied with his statement made before this Court, as recorded in para No.4 of Order dated 3rd April 2019. He submitted that, Applicant is not responding to the phone calls of the instructing Advocate. He therefore is unable to assist this Court further.

Learned A.P.P., on instructions, submitted that, in furtherance of Order dated 3rd April 2019 the Applicant has not deposited the balance amount in the Registry of this Court till today. 3.

As the Applicant has failed to honour his statement made before 1/2

Tandale 903-ABA-570-2019.odt this Court on 3rd April 2019, as recorded in para No.4 of the said Order. The Applicant therefore does not deserve to be further protected by interim relief. 4.

In view of the above, interim relief granted to the Applicant by Order dated 3rd April 2019 is vacated.
