By order dated 28/03/2022, the applicant was admitted to interim protection from arrest in connection with C.R.No.325 of 2021 registered with Central Police Station, District Thane.

The learned A.P.P. when specifcally asked whether the custodial interrogation of the applicant is still warranted, on obtaining instructions from the Investigating Offcer on M.M.Salgaonkar

In the wake of the above statement, the order dated 28/03/2022 is made absolute, subject to the stipulation that the applicant shall continue to render his co-operation to the Investigating Offcer.
