Heard Mr.A.A.Nasikwala, learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application for condoning delay of 286 days in filing the application for recalling the conditional order dated 2.4.2012. By order dated 2.4.2012, Civil Application No.75 of 2012 for setting aside the order of refusal of registration was allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) to (c). The applicant was given 4 weeks time to remove office objections failing which registration to stand refused again. As the applicant did not remove office objections within the
2 / 2 CAC/ 235 /2016 stipulated time, the registration is refused. Mr. Nasikwala states that the respondents were not served and he assures that within four weeks from today, the applicant will remove all office objections and will not seek further extension of time.

In view of the assurance, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs.

Objections shall be removed within four weeks from today without asking for any further extension. In case the objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the main Civil Revision Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
