P.C.:- The Applicant by this application has sought NOC for obtaining passport from the Passport Authority. 2.

The Applicant, an accused in A.C.B. Special Case No.44 of 2014, was charged for ofences under the Prevention of Corruption Act. He has been acquitted by Special Court by judgment dated 16/06/2016. State has challenged this order of acquittal in Criminal Appeal No.988 of 2017. The Applicant seeks to apply for passport for the said purpose and has sought NOC from the said Court for obtaining passport. 1/2

Learned APP as well as the learned counsel for Respondent No.2 has no objection for issuance of NOC in terms of G.S.R.-570(E) dated 25th August, 1993.
