The learned AGP makes a statement that respondent No. 5 will decide the appeal presented by the petitioners in accordance with the provisions of law and in observation of the procedure, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today. The statement accepted.

This petition can be disposed of in view of the statement made by the learned AGP appearing for respondent Nos. 3 to 6 as above. 3.
