We direct the appellant to delete the name of the Respondent No.3 by carrying out amendment within a period of two weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded.

Leave is granted. Appeal is admitted confined to the first, second and fourth respondents. There shall be action under section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as against the first, second and fourth respondents (first, second and fourth accused). However, the said respondents shall be forthwith enlarged on appropriate bail by the concerned trial Court.
