The consent minutes of order dully signed by the petitioner and the respondent is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The consent order has been signed by the In-Charge Traffic Superintendent on behalf of the petitioner who is present in the court. The same has also been signed by the respondent who is personally present in the court. Parties agree that they have signed the consent terms and arrived at settlement in terms of the consent terms. The respondent is also identified by the In-Charge Traffic Superintendent.
