Today nobody appears for the petitioner. Nobody present for Respondent. By order passed on 28/10/2010 the petitioner was externed for a period of one year from the area of Brihan Mumbai. The petitioner urges that the appeal preferred by him against it was dismissed on 18/4/2011.
