By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking permission to bring legal heirs on record of deceased sole Petitioner Keshav Bistir Mestry, who died on 16.12.2017. Civil Application is filed within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as Civil Application is filed within time, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order: Mohite 1/2

28 caw1902-18.doc a) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased sole Petitioner Keshav Bistir Mestry in Writ Petition No.1453 of 2018 on or before 30.03.2019.

b) If amendment be carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Applicant is directed to serve amended copy of Writ Petition on other side on or before 30.04.2019 and file affidavit of service to that effect.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly. (K.K. TATED, J.) Mohite 2/2
