By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 85 days in filing second appeal. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants and I have perused the averments made in the civil application. In my view the applicants have made out a case for grant of condonation of delay of 85 days in filing second appeal.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, delay of 85 days in filing second appeal is condoned. The applicants are directed to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. No order as to costs. 4.

Place the second appeal on board for admission on 17th January, 2017 subject to numbering.
