Civil application is filed within limitation and the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks extension of time to carry out amendment in terms of the order dated 23rd December 2018. By way of last chance, time is extended for carrying out amendment by a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

We make it clear that if the amendment in terms of the order dated 23rd December 2018 is not carried out within the extended time, the petition shall be dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court. If compliance is made, the petition shall be listed for fresh admission on 25th September 2018.
