By this Application, Applicants are seeking stay to the execution, implementation and operation of the judgment and award dated 05/05/2018 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag in L.A.R. No. 77 of 2017.

Learned AGP for Respondent-State makes a statement that an amount as per award alongwith interest is deposited in the Trial Court. 4.
