The grievance of the petitioner in his application / petition dated 07.10.2016 pertains to the period prior to his conviction. 2.

Learned APP submits a report which shows the current status of the petitioner having been convicted by the trial Court on 30.09.2015 for death under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under the Explosive Substances Act, 1908. The said report is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the fact that the allegations made in the petition are general in nature and pertaining to the period prior to the trial, the same do not subsist as on date. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4.

Criminal Application also stands disposed of. 5.
