The proposal for grant of provident fund dues to the Petitioner is forwarded by the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare to the Regional Commissioner, Social Welfare.

In light of that the Regional Commissioner, Social Welfare shall take decision upon the proposal for sanction of the amount towards provident fund, expeditiously, preferably within three months from today.

Depending upon the decision taken, further steps shall be undertaken immediately.
