Learned counsel for the applicant at the outset submits that the application may be allowed to be withdrawn. However, it may be considered that the applicant is in custody from 20th September 2018. He has undergone custody for about one and half year. There are no criminal antecedents against him. There are good grounds on merits, hence, trial may be expedited. In view of the submissions the application is allowed to be withdrawn.
