This contempt petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 07 March 2019 passed by District Court, Thane, on application at Exhibit 15 filed by the petitioner, in Marriage Petition No. 22 of 2015, by which District Court, Thane, directed the respondent/contemnor herein to pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- per month to the petitioner towards interim maintenance from the date of filing of the said application.

It is not disputed that order in question is executable. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.

The petition is dismissed.
