The learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that the trial has begun and two witnesses are already examined. He submits that the progress of the trial is slow and the last witness was examined on 8th May 2019. He submits that, at this stage considering the pendency of the trial, he seeks liberty to withdraw this application with further liberty to approach this court again if the trial is not over within a reasonable time. He also requests that order be passed for expediting the trial.

34-BA 762-19.odt applicant are reasonable. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to prefer a fresh application for bail if the trial is not over within a period of four months from today.

It is further expected that the learned trial judge makes an endeavour to complete the trial much before that period because two main witnesses are already examined.

With these observations and with that liberty, the application is disposed of.
