Heard learned Advocates appearing for parties. 2.

Both learned Advocates would submit that parties have reconciled their disputes and differences amongst themselves and tendered Minutes of Order dated 07.11.2023 signed by both the learned Advocates. Resolution of the Bank, inter alia, reinstating Petitioner on the post of 'Watchman' in Respondent Bank is appended to the Minutes of Order. In that view of the matter, learned Advocate for Petitioner would submit that he has instructions to accept the proposal resolved by the Respondent Bank and therefore has received instructions to sign the Minutes of Order.

I have perused the Minutes of Order and on reading the same, it is seen that there can be no impediment in taking the said

Minutes of order on record for disposal of the Writ Petition. Minutes of Order (along with Resolution) is running into 3 pages. They are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. For the purpose of reference and convenience, they are scanned and reproduced below:-

The obligations and undertakings recorded in the Minutes of Order are accepted as undertaking given to this Court and the parties shall abide by the same.

It is clarified that it shall be open to Respondent Bank to accept the Petitioner either in the post of 'Watchman' or 'Peon' or any other suitable post that shall be resolved by the Respondent Bank at its own level.
