Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for the respondent. The writ petition filed by the applicantpetitioner was dismissed for non-prosecution on 5th May 2008. The present application has been filed on 25th March 2009 which gives reasons for absence of the applicant's advocate.

Accordingly, sufficient cause for restoration is made out. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). The restored writ petition shall be listed under the caption of fresh admission on 29th October 2018. We make it clear that no further adjournment shall be granted.
