Leave granted to join the original Complainant as party Respondent. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.

If the charge-sheet is filed, leave is granted to the Petitioner to annex the charge-sheet and incorporate necessary prayers and pleadings.

The Intervention Application is disposed of.

We are inclined to grant longer time regarding the quashing of the FIR, but the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks interim order of directing handing over of house keys. The learned Counsel for the Respondent - Complainant seeks time in that regard.
