The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the non-appearance of the advocate on 16.02.2015 when the above Petition was listed for final hearing. The reasons for the nonappearance of the advocate are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 submits to the orders of the Court.
