Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Applicants and the averments made in the civil application and as the Applicant is the senior citizen, I am satisfied that the Applicant has

ORDER

(a) Hearing of First Appeal NO. 380 of 2017 and First Appeal No. 435 of 2017 is expedited in the list of Senior Citizens for hearing and final disposal.
