The parties to the Appeal have settled the dispute and recorded consent terms on 10th July, 2019.

That since the suit property in respect of which the parties have recorded the consent terms is in occupation of family members of the appellant, the family members have filed an Undertaking dated 27th June, 2019.

Mr. Chaitanya Narayan Divekar and Ms.
Aparna Chaitanya Divekar, who have filed an Undertaking are present in the Court. They admit the contents of the Undertaking. The signatures of the family members are identified by the Advocate for the appellant. 4.
In view of the consent terms, the consent decree

The Undertaking is accepted.

The appellants may claim for refund of the court-fees in accordance with law.
