Kulkarni on 9th October 2015. 2] On instructions, the counsel submits that leave be granted to withdraw the LPAs as the parties have reached settlement and accordingly compromise decree was drawn in Trade Mark Suit No. 1 of 2003 by the Principal District Judge, Nashik on 27th August 2015. The communication addressed to the counsel and the photostat copy of compromise decree is taken on record and marked as 'X' Collectively.
