Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Police have not conducted the investigation as directed by this Court vide order dated 17/10/2016 i.e. the investigation was not carried out under the supervision of the Assistant Commission of Police, Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai. He submits that the applicant herein intends to approach the Division Bench of this Court as there is no compliance of the said order dated 17/10/2016.
