This is an Application for relaxation of condition of reporting imposed vide order dated 31st January, 2017, passed by this Court. Applicant preferred an Application for Anticipatory Bail which was allowed. Applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on every Monday between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., till fling of the charge-sheet.
Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that till today, the charge-sheet has not been fled against the Applicant. Applicant has complied with the directions of attendance.
rpa 2/2 905-appp-363-19.doc Learned Advocate also pointed out the order passed in the Application preferred by another accused who was also directed to attend the police station. This Court by order dated 22nd August, 2017, relaxed the conditions of reporting imposed on coaccused Shivaji Sanap, who was directed to attend the Police station every Monday between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., till fling of charge-sheet. The condition to attend the Police station every Monday between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., till fling of charge sheet was relaxed and he was directed to attend the concerned police station as and when called, till fling of charge-sheet. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the condition imposed upon the Applicant to attend the police station on every Monday between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., till fling of charge-sheet, is hereby relaxed. Applicant to attend the concerned police station as and when called for, till the fling of the charge-sheet. Criminal Application stands disposed of.
