This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 23rd July 2019, by which the applicant herein was enlarged on bail upon imposing certain conditions.

The applicant is seeking modification of the clause (iv) of the order dated 23rd July 2019. Clause (iv) of the order reads as under:- (iv) He shall report on first working Monday once after gap of two months to Superintendent/Registrar in the Court of Sessions, Greater Mumbai.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is resident of Bihar. He has to face difficulty in appearing before the Sessions Court once in two months. Taking into consideration the fact that the appeal is admitted, the application seeking modification of condition needs to be considered. 4.

The clause (iv) of the said order needs to be modified in the interest of justice. The order is accordingly modified as under :- (iv) The applicant shall report before the Superintendent/Registrar of the Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai in first week of January and first week of July of every year on the assigned date during the pendency of the appeal.

The Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly.
