These Petitions are filed by teachers, who are working in Trimbakeshwar area under the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Trimbakeshwar. As per the impugned order, Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

24-wp-939-21 @ wp-940-21= which is annexed at Exhibit "D", communication is addressed to the Block Education Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Igatpuri. This communication is of 17 November 2018. The petition is filed on 15 March 2021. While filing the petition, the correct impugned order, if there is any has not been annexed. Secondly, as to how order dated 17 November 2018 is suddenly sought to be given effect on March 2021, is also not explained. This is necessary, if the Petitioners are seeking any interim order. 2.

After examining the factual position and ascertaining the correct impugned orders, the petition ought to have been filed. We, therefore, dispose of these petitions giving liberty to the Petitioners to file petition annexing all the relevant annexures with necessary pleadings.
