The contention of the Petitioner is that, the pension proposal submitted by the school is pending with the Respondent No.2 - Education Officer since July 2021 and the same is not yet decided. The learned AGP appears for all the Respondents/State. In case the pension proposal of the Petitioner is pending with the Respondent No.2 - Education Officer, then the Respondent No.2 shall process the said pension proposal in accordance with law and forward it further to the higher authority within a period of three months from today and final decision be taken on the pension proposal of the Petitioner within six weeks thereafter. lgc
