Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that proposal for pension has been forwarded by the Management to the Education Officer on 23.06.2021. The same is yet not decided. The pension amount is not paid to the Petitioner.

Learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3.

In case the proposal is forwarded by the Management seeking pension and pensionary benefits and if same is pending with the Education 1/2

Same shall be considered by the Education Officer and final decision shall be taken by the authorities within a period of 6 months. 5.

The petition is disposed of .
