Mr. Keluskar submitted that these Applications were disposed of along with C.R.A. No. 434 of 2017. He submitted that by order dated 03.09.2018, Barun Investment Company (Pvt.) Ltd. were permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicants in C.R.A.No.434 of 2017 in the Small Causes Court, unconditionally. He, therefore, submits that respondent - Barun Investment Company (Pvt.) Ltd. in C.R.A. No. 183 of 2017 and C.R.A.No. 184 of 2017 may be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in the Appellate Court of the Small Causes Court. He has tendered email dated 11.10.2018 received by him signifying no objection of the 1/2

CRA183&4_17.doc applicants for withdrawal of the amount by Barun Investment Company (Pvt.) Ltd. The same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

In view thereof, Barun Investment Company (Pvt.) Ltd. is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicants in C.R.A.No.183 of 2017 and 184 of 2017. 4.

All parties, including Appellate Court of the Small Causes Court, to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
