Heard. By this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction against Respondent Nos.1 to 6 not to carry on any civil activity on Sy. No.420/07 in village Change, Tq. Tq. Uran, Dist. Raigad.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.5 submits that for the similar relief, the Petitioner has already made an appropriate Application before the National Green Tribunal, Western Zone Bench, Pune. She submits that said Bench Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

902.2987.19-wp.odt has passed order dated 06.09.2016 in Application No.41/2016 (WZ). She submits that as on today the National Green Tribunal, Western Zone Bench, Pune is available for taking up the matters through video conference.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for Respondent No.5 and as the matter is already pending before the said Tribunal, we do not find any reason to entertain the present Writ Petition.
