After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to make an appropriate representation to the authority concerned. We grant leave with liberty as prayed but note that the Petitioner's case that his property is situated in a gaothan has already been rejected twice, first by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority ("SRA") and then later in appeal. In any case, this is a factual aspect that cannot be examined in a Writ Petition.
