P.C.:- The Applicant herein has sought to stay execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 15th June, 2017 passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Baramati, in M.A.C.P. No.47 of 2013, whereby the Appellant -Insurance Company and the Respondent No.2 were directed to pay compensation of Rs.90,000/- jointly and severally with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of institution of the application i.e. 15.2.2013 till realization of entire amount.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant-Insurance company has deposited an amount of Rs.1,07,007/-, which is inclusive of interest. Said statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1-original claimant.

In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the disposal of the appeal.

Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited before this Court be transferred to M.A.C.T., Baramati, District-Pune. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
