It is alleged that the applicant is the Receiver of the stolen property. Learned APP on written instructions, submits that, ornaments worth Rs.6,56,375/- were recovered from this applicant. Written instructions are taken on record and marked X-1 for identification. It

2/3 appears, entire stolen property has been recovered partly from this applicant and from the accused who allegedly stole the property.

Learned APP submits that chargesheet would be filed within two weeks meaning thereby, the investigation is over, and therefore in my view, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required; however, his presence can be secured by imposing conditions.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of the applicant, in C.R. No. 46/2019 registered with Rabodi Police Station, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) with one or two sureties in the like sum.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.

The applicant shall furnish the particulars of his place of residence and contact details to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

8.

It is made clear that observations made hereinabove shall be construed as expression of opinion only for the purpose of refusal to grant bail and the same shall not in any way influence the trial in other proceedings.
